Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Caipture app ("the app"), published by Samui Robotics Company Limited ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). If these terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA prevails.

1. The app

Caipture helps you take better photos by showing pose templates and guiding you to match them with on-device pose detection. Some poses and features are free; others require Caipture Pro.

2. Caipture Pro subscriptions

Plans. Caipture Pro is offered as an auto-renewing weekly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free trial. If a free trial is offered, it is shown in the app before you subscribe. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore. Use "Restore Purchases" in the app to restore purchases on another device signed in with the same Apple ID.

3. Free PRO try

Free users may be offered a limited free use of individual PRO poses (for example one per day). We may change or end this offer at any time.

4. Your safety

Take photos responsibly. Be aware of your surroundings and do not pose near cliff edges, water, traffic, ski slopes in use, or anywhere else that puts you or others at risk. Respect local rules at landmarks, temples, pools and private property. You are responsible for how and where you use the app.

5. Your content

Photos you take and photos you add as custom templates belong to you. They stay on your device; we don't receive them. Only add photos you have the right to use.

6. Our content

The app, its design and the pose template images are owned by us or our licensors. The pose images are AI-generated and do not depict real people. You may use them inside the app for guidance; you may not copy, resell or redistribute them.

7. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". Pose matching is guidance, not a guarantee of a particular result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page; continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
