This policy explains how the Caipture app ("Caipture", "the app") handles information. The app is published by Samui Robotics Company Limited ("we", "us").
Caipture uses your camera to show a live preview and to compare your body position with the selected pose. Pose detection runs on your device using Apple's Vision framework. Camera frames are processed in memory and are never stored by us or sent off your device.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, email, payment card or billing details. The app only checks with Apple whether you have an active purchase.
The app stores your settings (for example voice guidance and overlay opacity), processed pose data for the built-in poses, the list of photos in the in-app gallery, and the date of your last free PRO try. This information stays on your device and is removed when you delete the app.
The example pose photos in the app are AI-generated and do not depict real people.
Caipture is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Because we don't collect or hold personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the app. If you have a question about your data or rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, contact us below.
